Full Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Android Developer, passionate about delivering a best-in-class mobile application experience. As an integral part of our engineering team in Kolkata, you will be instrumental in designing and building the next generation of our mobile applications. This role involves close collaboration with other app development and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced Android applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, define, and ship new features.
- Integrate with and manage external APIs and data sources.
- Perform unit tests to ensure usability, robustness, edge cases, and overall reliability.
- Optimize application performance and address bugs.
- Continuously evaluate, discover, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated software development experience and proficiency in Android skills.
- Proven track record in Android app development.
- Must have published at least one original Android application.
- Experience with the Android SDK.
- Proficiency in working with remote data via RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
- Solid understanding of the general mobile landscape, including architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the full mobile development lifecycle.
