• Process / Team Overview:
• The Static Data Team ensures accurate, timely maintenance of reference and master data across enterprise systems (client, account, instrument, counterparty, settlement). This is critical for downstream trading, clearing, risk, and reporting.
• 1. Delivery Excellence & Performance:
• Achieve zero external errors in static data setup/maintenance.
• Meet service levels: Productivity >95%, Quality >99% application-wise, TAT as per SLA/CSLA.
• Manage end-to-end requests and monitor queues for timely delivery.
• 2. Quality & Control Framework:
• Adhere to maker-checker processes; perform root cause analysis and maintain audit trails.
• 3. Risk Management:
• Maintain zero operational risk incidents via strict controls. Understand BIA, BCP, and escalation protocols.
• 4. Continuous Improvement:
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
• 5. Staffing Flexibility:
• Support skeletal staffing models during peaks/holidays; adapt to cross-regional coverage needs.
• 6. Policy & Compliance:
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to SGGSC policies regarding certifications, conduct, and security.
• 7. Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with front/middle office, technology functions, and global teams; provide timely communication on status and risks.
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, understanding of static data concepts/operational risk. Ability to work under pressure. Clear communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Required Profile
Candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience in financial services operations or investment banking are preferred.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive ownership-driven mindset, ability to work independently.
Domain Knowledge: Sound understanding of investment banking operations; exposure to trade processing, brokerage operations, and settlement lifecycle management.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess exceptions, interpret data, and exercise prudent judgment in query resolution.
