About the Role: Senior Analyst (Policy Compliance)

NAB is seeking a Senior Analyst with expertise in Policy Compliance to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This role is crucial in supporting NAB's security posture by ensuring compliance with policies and best practices for both internal and externally facing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support NAB in leveraging Compliance Scanning as a key protection for the bank's assets.
• Provide support for and participate in the creation of NAB’s technology configuration specifications.
• Support the secure use of NAB’s technology footprint in building new infrastructure and identifying misconfigurations in running infrastructure.
• Build and automate configuration documentation and compliance scanning using AI tools and agentic frameworks (requires coding/scripting knowledge).
• Uplift security across technology teams by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting their understanding of identified issues.
• Support the development and maintenance of controls, processes, documentation, and automation for efficient Policy Compliance scanning services.
• Assist in developing the team's capability to support the tools and processes for vulnerability and policy compliance scanning, and findings management.
• Collaborate in the development of reporting to help NAB understand control effectiveness, vulnerability exposure, and security configuration posture.
• Oversee the use of 3rd party tools, holding vendors accountable for services, managing release cycles, assessing new features, and driving ROI.

Experience and Skills:

• Degree in Computing.
• Overall experience of 6+ years in the Cyber Security Domain.
• 3+ years of experience in policy compliance scanning and creating custom controls for scanning.
• 3+ years of experience in technology support, application development, scripting, or coding.
• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement and team management.
• Hands-on experience with Qualys, Wiz, and SNAB.
• Strong awareness of security best practices for infrastructure and technologies.
• Good working knowledge of Findings Management.
• Experience in IT technology support, application development, or application support.
• Proven problem-solving skills across multiple teams.
• Ability to build strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders.
• Passion, drive, enthusiasm, and self-starter attitude.
• Understanding of security principles.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with little guidance, building strong relationships with internal NAB stakeholders and 3rd party service providers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage detail on multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and organize/prioritize own work schedule.
