Role Overview: Senior Analyst
We are seeking a strategic Senior Analyst to lead our Mastercard Value Quantification (MVQ) Program. This role is critical in scaling enterprise-wide value quantification, ensuring consistent methodologies, robust narratives, and meaningful impact tracking across Core, Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF), and Services businesses.
Your Impact:
- Governance Lead & Force Multiplier: Guide product and analytics teams in developing ROI models and client value propositions while maintaining the integrity of our frameworks. Ensure a single source of truth for customer value metrics across the enterprise.
(Key Skills: Data Governance, Quality Assurance, Subject Matter Expertise) - Cross-Functional Enabler: Act as the bridge between the MVQ program and business units (Sales, Account Management, Pricing). Coordinate onboarding for new products/markets, align priorities to avoid silos, and deliver training/workshops that empower teams in the field.
- Strategic Storytelling: Partner with leadership to craft a cohesive value story demonstrating how MVQ impacts go-to-market strategies and customer success. Produce executive-ready insights on program adoption and outcomes.
