FNZ is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst Developer with expertise in AI and .NET to join their team in Gurugram, India. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and implementing complex financial solutions on a global scale.

Role Responsibilities:

Analysis and Design

• Collaborate with analyst testers to define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring logical and implementable story structures.
• Define underlying technical designs within feature/user story constraints to deliver required changes.
• Ensure solutions are well-defined, fit-for-purpose, meet requirements, and function end-to-end, with a solid understanding of business processes.
• Provide solutions and recommendations for technical issues, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and design requirements.
• Assist in designing and building APIs and external system interfaces for integration with FNZ products and third-party applications.

Development

• Translate complex financial business requirements into high-transactional, high-availability, secure, and functional systems.
• Advise and influence the design and implementation of intuitive user interfaces and interactive financial tools for financial advisers and investors.
• Address non-functional requirements for high-volume, real-time transaction processing systems supporting millions of trades daily across multiple markets.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure solutions are robust, secure, reusable, maintainable, and performant, aligning with requirements.
• Build high-complexity features end-to-end and establish expertise in multiple system/technical areas of the FNZ platform.
• Contribute to global, non-client-specific projects to advance key technical strategies.

Quality Assurance

• Adhere to defined procedures for code management, code reviews, coding standards, naming conventions, and security standards.
• Write automated unit tests for all new code.
• Perform manual testing to ensure high-quality changes and prevent system regression.
• Conduct code reviews for developers to ensure adherence to quality and best practice standards.
• Design new core system functionality or redesign existing ones while maintaining quality.

Collaboration and Communication

• Promote the development team internally and externally, highlighting achievements and solutions.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and useful technology with other developers.
• Mentor new starters on platform understanding and SDLC.
• Provide training on areas of personal expertise within the solution centre.
• Support the project lead developer and act as a squad lead when required.

Technology and Innovation

• Stay updated with industry practices, new technologies, tools, and methods, recommending adoption to the business.
• Own and resolve technical issues that impede development progress.
• Create novel solutions by incorporating cutting-edge technology or generic concepts.

Functional Area Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and client SMEs to deliver complex data mapping solutions for migrations, analyzing, designing, and maintaining ETL workflows, resolving issues, testing, and providing post-implementation support. Required Experience and Skills:

• First-class bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1+ year of relevant experience.

• Beneficial: Legacy development products (ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, legacy .NET Framework versions).
• Familiarity with financial products and markets.
• Understanding of web services.
• Familiarity with code analysis or automated testing tools.
