Join the Analytics (AIM) team within Global Commercial Services at American Express. This analytical engine drives profitable growth through Data, AI-powered targeting, and personalization for US Customer Analytics across sales channels.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support Data Driven Strategy: Analyze marketing/sales performance to identify customer trends and uncover revenue growth opportunities.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership on product engagement and outcomes.
- Influence & Storytelling: Shape strategic narratives that align cross-functional stakeholders using compelling communication skills.
- Champion Innovation: Experiment with emerging Gen AI capabilities to solve business problems and Amex use cases.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics (Quantitative field)
- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python with Machine Learning expertise
- Ability to work independently across a matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Advanced GenAI techniques and marketing analytics
- Master's degree
