Senior Analyst

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Senior Analyst for BCG Vantage, specializing in eCommerce and Digital Growth, to join our team in Boston, MA. This role involves delivering exceptional value to clients by leveraging deep expertise and proprietary BCG Vantage assets within the dynamic eCommerce and Digital Growth sectors. You will conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research to uncover customer needs and pain points, develop robust data-driven business cases to guide strategic eCommerce investments and innovations, and integrate agentic tooling into your daily workflow. This position also supports commercialization efforts by contributing insights derived from key stakeholder trends and developments, assisting in the creation of compelling proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials, and contributing to the development of valuable intellectual property and assets. You will play a role in onboarding and training junior colleagues and may require occasional travel to client sites to understand requirements and co-create solutions.
