We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and build end-to-end AI agent workflows. You will develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, optimize prompt engineering layers, implement tool orchestration within agents, and establish automated quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI solutions from initial prompt design through production deployment.
- Develop RAG systems with custom chunking strategies and embedding models to maximize retrieval efficiency.
- Refine prompts using systematic testing and chain-of-thought strategies for high-quality outputs.
- Build automated validation layers to ensure output reliability before human review.
- Collaborate on evaluation frameworks to track solution performance against defined targets.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments with a focus on monitoring and edge case handling.
- Implement feedback loops using expert review data to improve agent performance continuously.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
