Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer (LLM, Python) with immediate joining preference to build production-grade systems at Staffnix in Hyderabad.

Mandatory Experience & Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional AI/ML engineering delivering real-world solutions.
• Languages & Libraries: Strong Python, SQL skills with scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• LLM Engineering: Hands-on experience deploying RAG pipelines, document parsing, information extraction, and text processing on large-scale unstructured data.
• NLP Depth: Expertise in transformers, embeddings, vector databases, LLM integrations, and agentic workflows (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI).
• Cloud Platforms: Proficiency with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) and Azure AI Foundry for training, fine-tuning, and inference at scale.
• MLOps: Experience with experiment tracking (MLflow), model versioning, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Evaluation: Strong skills in metric evaluation (precision, recall, F1) and AI observability tools like Prometheus.

Led Leadership & Education

• Demonstrated experience leading projects/teams and mentoring others.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Data Science/Mathematics required.
