Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in Design Systems and AI Workflows.

The Opportunity
In this role based in Gurugram (On-site), you will be instrumental in creating consistent, reusable, and scalable design foundations across our products. You will collaborate directly with Product Managers and Engineers to build robust UI components, enhance design consistency, and optimize the transition from Figma designs to production code.
What You'll Do
- Build, improve, and maintain a comprehensive Design System using Figma.
- Create reusable components, variants, interaction states, design tokens, and patterns that scale with our business.
- Establish clear design guidelines and documentation for product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs within the system.
- Identify interface inconsistencies and drive continuous improvements.
- Design intuitive UX solutions for complex workflows, dashboards, and web applications.
- Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Figma Make) to accelerate prototyping and UI development.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3–6 years in Product Design or UX/UI design roles.
- Figma Mastery: At least 3 years of professional experience with Figma, including building and maintaining custom libraries from scratch (not just using existing ones).
- System Thinking: Deep understanding of reusable components, variables, tokens, and interaction states.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing product design work and practical system-building experience.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to translate designs into production-ready interfaces with developer teams.
- Ai Fluency: Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Figma Make, Lovable, v0, or comparable solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.
Nice-to-Have
- B2B SaaS experience (dashboards, enterprise platforms).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, React, Storybook, and design-to-code workflows.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and component governance.
