• Design and optimize production-grade AI pipelines ranging from retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to complex multi-step reasoning frameworks tailored for medical contexts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, clinicians, and engineers to translate intricate healthcare workflows into safe, scalable, and human-centered AI experiences.
• Drive innovation by prototyping zero-to-one features using state-of-the-art LLMs, advanced retrieval systems, and high-performance streaming architectures while maintaining strict reliability standards.
• Develop AI-native workflows supporting real-time conversational interactions across diverse healthcare scenarios.
