Senior Ai Engineer

Role Overview

Ensoft Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of sophisticated AI-driven solutions for drone and Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) systems. This role is pivotal in advancing autonomous capabilities, specifically leveraging machine learning, computer vision, and predictive analytics to enhance system intelligence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement advanced machine learning models, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and predictive algorithms.
• Optimize navigation, object recognition, and decision-making performance for autonomous robotics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional hardware and embedded software teams to integrate AI models into robotics ecosystems.
• Manage end-to-end data pipelines, including collection, preprocessing, and analysis.
• Conduct rigorous simulation and real-world field testing to ensure system reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of model architectures and technical methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or robotics engineering.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Expertise in computer vision, neural networks, and object detection.
• Hands-on experience with ROS (Robot Operating System), OpenCV, and real-time systems.
• Strong background in cloud AI deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and advanced mathematics.
