Senior AI Engineer

Innovaccer is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This role is pivotal in leveraging healthcare data to build cutting-edge algorithms and personalize treatments based on patient clinical and behavioral history. You will be instrumental in defining and constructing the next generation of predictive analytics tools within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AI platform architectures to support ML development, agentic frameworks, and self-serve AI pipelines.
• Develop sophisticated agentic frameworks and a catalog of AI agents specifically tailored for healthcare use cases.
• Build and deploy high-performance, low-latency AI applications.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, including advanced generative models like Transformers and GANs.
• Construct and manage robust data ingestion and transformation pipelines for scalable AI solutions.
• Conduct rigorous experiments, statistical analyses, and derive actionable insights to drive development.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate AI innovations into practical, real-world applications.
• Partner with business leaders and clients to identify key challenges and co-create scalable, AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with strong API development skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in data science and a minimum of 1 year in building generative AI pipelines, agents, and RAG systems.
• Proficiency in Python programming, including enterprise application development and optimization.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning SLMs.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or Autogen.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, ChromaDB) and embedding models.
• Experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) design.
• Familiarity with at least one ML platform like Databricks, Azure ML, or SageMaker.
