Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end development of Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Design and implement scalable middleware and microservices to integrate APIs, AI models, databases, and cloud services.
- Own the AI/ML product roadmap, conduct feasibility analysis, and ensure timely delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure observability, monitoring, and compliance of AI systems in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, lead training sessions, and contribute to internal AI enablement frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical/business field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Generative AI (GenAI) or Agentic AI development.
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, GenAI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Langraph, Langchain, Prompt Engineering, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Experience with vector databases/stores such as QdrantDB or ChromaDB is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GIT, Github, and BitBucket.
- Experience utilizing Copilot for automating routine tasks.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
