Senior AI Engineer

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to build an Agentic AI workforce that solves critical bottlenecks in clinical research. This is not a narrow LLM wrapper position; you will work across the core intelligence layer of our platform, designing systems used by clinicians and researchers every day.

• Build production-grade RAG and agentic AI systems over structured EHR data and unstructured PDFs/clinical notes.
  Design workflows for eligibility reasoning, patient matching, and recruitment automation using multi-agent systems.
  Develop large-scale ingestion pipelines leveraging FHIR resources, Elasticsearch/Milvus/Zilliz, and domain-specific embedding models.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve the quality, reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency of AI workflows in real-world customer environments.
  Design evaluation frameworks to measure retrieval accuracy, hallucination rates, and system performance.
  Optimize prompt design, tool usage, orchestration logic (LangChain/LlamaIndex), and infrastructure for high-volume healthcare data.

Requirements

You must have strong hands-on experience shipping production AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and agents. Proficiency in Python or Node.js is essential. You should possess deep expertise in vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and multi-step AI workflows.
Startup Mindset: This role requires the ability to work with ambiguity, take full ownership from architecture through deployment, and move fast without waiting for detailed instructions.
