Senior AI Engineer

About the Role

As part of the Data Science organization at Eastman, you will join the Generative AI team driving digital transformation. You will lead enterprise solutions for Commercial, Technology, and Operations functions within Greater Hyderabad Area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement systems leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) across various applications.
• Prepare data, fine-tune models, and build robust analytics and ML Pipelines.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand needs and present actionable insights.
• Build innovative AI solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
• Utilize cloud technologies in Azure and/or AWS for deploying and managing AI models.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Stay current with AI advancements and apply them to solve business challenges.
• Lead projects to deploy Agents that automate work processes (Agentic AI).
