Position Overview:Senior AI Engineer (3+ Years Experience)
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design scalable backend systems and integrate production-ready LLM pipelines using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph. Ideal candidates thrive at the intersection of backend engineering and applied AI in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Architect and develop backend services in Python, integrating AI pipelines into production systems.
- Build and optimize LLM applications leveraging LangChain, LangGraph, and related libraries.
- Design APIs to expose AI features for frontend and mobile integration.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI-driven backend services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, AI/ML, and frontend teams for end-to-end delivery.
- Stay ahead of the latest developments in LLM orchestration frameworks.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in AI / Backend Engineering (Mandatory agentic systems experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Python with a history of building scalable backend services and APIs.
- Hands-on production experience with LLM applications.
- Deep knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Experience implementing RAG systems, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
