About the Role
EnCharge AI seeks an experienced Senior AI Compiler Engineer to develop and optimize graph compilers for cutting-edge AI workloads. You will collaborate with hardware architects, ML researchers, and software developers to enhance performance on EnCharge's Inference Accelerators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect optimizations for AI model execution to improve latency and maximize hardware utilization.
- Implement compiler passes converting high-level models (TensorFlow, PyTorch) into intermediate representations (IR).
- Perform layer fusion, operator fusion, and graph-level transformations for neural networks.
- Research advancements in ML optimization and integrate them with hardware acceleration techniques like quantization and tiling.
