Senior AI Agent Developer

Role Description

As a Senior AI Agent Developer (Remote — India), you will design, build, and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows for real-world applications in a full-time, remote capacity. You will architect system designs, implement backend services and integrations, and develop robust prompting and orchestration logic for LLM-based agents.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Prototype and test new agent behaviors
• Analyze performance metrics
• Rename models and pipelines for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, review code, and guide best practices across the team. You will also contribute to technical documentation, participate in system design discussions, and mentor junior developers to elevate the overall technical quality.
