Circuitry.ai is seeking a highly skilled Senior Agentic AI Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience, including at least 1 year specifically focused on Agentic Systems. This role is based in Hyderabad, India, and requires a 5-day per week onsite presence.

Role Overview

As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying sophisticated agentic systems in production environments. Key areas of focus include agentic architectures, tool-calling systems, context engineering, decision intelligence, and agent orchestration.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years as an ML/AI Engineer, with a minimum of 1 year dedicated to Agentic Systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong Python proficiency is mandatory. Proven experience building and deploying at least one end-to-end agentic system.
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate system architecture, tool orchestration, memory design, context management, failure handling strategies, evaluation frameworks, and design trade-offs.

Technical Expertise: Agentic Systems

• Deep understanding of Agents vs. Agentic Workflows.
• Experience with React patterns, tool-calling architectures, multi-agent coordination, and agent decision loops.
• Proficiency in context engineering, Knowledge of A2A protocols, and experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Familiarity with structured reasoning chains.
• Framework Experience (At least one required): CrewAI, LangGraph, or Google ADK.
• Core Capabilities: Tool calling, agent orchestration, decision intelligence systems, dynamic planning, state management, memory strategies, and context window optimization.

Strong Plus

• Experience with RAG architectures and Knowledge Graphs.
• Ability to read and apply research papers.
• Hands-on GenAI experimentation and personal projects.
• Cloud platform experience.
• Contributions to open-source projects or public GitHub repositories.

What You'll Work On

You will be involved in developing production-grade agentic systems, hybrid reasoning systems combining agents, graphs, and RAG, tool-calling pipelines, enterprise-safe autonomous systems, and multi-agent coordination architectures. The focus is on building scalable, real-world enterprise AI systems.
