Security Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer at ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive health information while leading critical security initiatives.

You Will Need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (minimum 3 years relevant experience).
• Hands-on expertise with Cloud Service Providers including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proven administration skills for Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, and AWS IAM.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks: HIPAA, NIST, SOC2, and HITrust security controls.
• A current information security certification (e.g., CISSP, CSSLP, CCFP, CISM).

Your Technical Stack:

You will thrive using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Strong proficiency in Windows operating systems and network protocols is essential, along with familiarity with cloud security best practices and DevSecOps workflows.
