Key Responsibilities

Security Strategy & Governance

Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
Lead security risk assessments and vulnerability management programs.
Define and enforce security architecture frameworks and best practices.

Threat Monitoring & Incident Response

Oversee security monitoring tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
Lead incident response investigations and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive controls.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with security frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, and GDPR / Data protection regulations.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external security assessments.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor cybersecurity engineers and analysts.
Coordinate with IT, DevOps, Legal, and Leadership teams.
Provide training and awareness programs for employees.

Security Operations

Oversee identity and access management (IAM) systems.
Manage firewall, network security, and endpoint security controls.
Evaluate and implement new security technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
A minimum of 2 years of leadership or managerial experience.
