Security Architect

Accenture is seeking a Security Architect in Gurugram to define and implement cloud security frameworks and architectures. This role ensures alignment with business requirements and performance goals, involving documentation of cloud security control implementations and transitioning to managed cloud security operations. The Security Architect will collaborate with teams to assess security needs, refine security strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and evolving cloud technologies. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with privacy standards and regulations, coordinating with security and technology teams, and implementing technical and procedural controls. The role requires staying updated on pending changes to standards and proactively applying necessary measures. Key duties involve understanding business objectives, delivering training, assisting with privacy programs, and conducting Privacy and Data Protection Impact Assessments. The architect will also perform risk assessments based on industry standards like ISO 27005, NIST CSF, and PCI DSS, and develop/maintain information security policies. Additional responsibilities include overseeing security policies, privacy requirements, and awareness programs, as well as developing and updating documentation and dashboards for data privacy and security standards. Participation in new technology deployments and staying abreast of emerging technological developments and security threats are also crucial. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in Information Security, Data Privacy, Risk, and Compliance, with hands-on experience in data privacy regulations like GDPR or CCPA, and familiarity with data privacy tools such as OneTrust, Securiti.ai, or BigID. A strong understanding of information security concepts, IT security frameworks, and experience performing DPIA/PIA assessments are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of 12 years of experience in Security Data Privacy and 15 years of full-time education are required for this position based in Gurugram.
