Full Job Description
Security Architect
Accenture is seeking a skilled Security Architect for their Bengaluru office. This role is pivotal in defining and implementing robust cloud security frameworks and architectures to meet stringent business requirements and performance objectives. Responsibilities include documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and facilitating the transition to cloud security-managed operations.
Key requirements for this position include demonstrated expertise in Zscaler Architecture. Candidates with experience in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) are highly desirable. The role demands a minimum of 2 years of experience, with a preference for 2-4 years in network security or technical support. A strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols, is essential. Proficiency in PAC file syntax (JavaScript) and bypass logic, along with basic experience in SAML/Azure AD or Okta for user provisioning, will be advantageous. Familiarity with tools such as Wireshark for packet analysis and CLI tools like Ping, Traceroute, and Dig is expected. Experience with the ZDX dashboard for performance monitoring is considered a plus.
The ideal candidate will hold a 15-year full-time education qualification and ideally possess a Zscaler Certified Cloud Associate - Internet Access (ZCCA-IA) certification. The incumbent will be responsible for the operational health of the Zscaler environment, focusing on Keep the Lights On (KTLO) activities, responding to user-reported issues, and executing standard changes within ZIA and ZPA modules. This includes incident management for Zscaler connectivity, troubleshooting authentication failures, PAC file logic errors, and application access denials. Administration of ZIA functionalities such as URL filtering, Cloud Firewall rules, and SSL inspection policies, along with ZPA administration for provisioning Application Segments and Server Groups, will be core duties. Managing GRE and IPSec tunnel health from branch offices to Zscaler Service Edges is also a key responsibility.
