Security Analyst

As a **Level 1 Cyber Defense Operations Center (CDOC) Analyst** at METRO Global Solution Center India, you will monitor security solutions using SIEM, SOAR, and XDR technologies (e.g., Google Chronicle, CrowdStrike, Splunk). Your responsibilities include daily security monitoring, alert triage, and coordinated incident response to ensure real-time threat detection. You will enhance SIEM/SOAR/XDR alert use cases, research emerging threats, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve threat detection and response maturity. Key tasks include maintaining incident records, ensuring compliance with NIST CSF and ISO 27001, and supporting asset inventory mapping. Proven experience with SIEM, SOAR, EDR (CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender), DLP, and MDM is essential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills are required. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science/IT/Cybersecurity, 2-4 years of SOC experience in multinational organizations, and certifications like Security+, CEH, or GCIH.
