Security Analyst (L1/L2 Support - DLP Specialist)

IDESLABS is seeking a dedicated L1/L2 Support resource with at least 2 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for maintaining the security and integrity of our client's data.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and share daily summary reports detailing activities.
Configure client-specific DLP tasks and policies.
Regularly purge events to optimize system performance.
Provide help desk support for DLP-related issues.
Assist with troubleshooting during agent installations.
Provide necessary VPN evidences as required.
Support users with agent installation and uninstallation processes.
Resolve issues related to agent communication and connectivity.
Support and manage agent upgrade procedures.
Generate and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports to end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve policy-related issues within the DLP system.
Perform IP address and PF ID whitelisting.
Share granular details of detected policy infringements.
Prepare and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents for incidents.
