Security Analyst (L1/L2 Support - DLP Specialist)

IDESLABS is seeking a dedicated L1/L2 Support resource with at least 2 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for maintaining the security and integrity of our client's data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and share daily summary reports detailing activities.
• Configure client-specific DLP tasks and policies.
• Regularly purge events to optimize system performance.
• Provide help desk support for DLP-related issues.
• Assist with troubleshooting during agent installations.
• Provide necessary VPN evidences as required.
• Support users with agent installation and uninstallation processes.
• Resolve issues related to agent communication and connectivity.
• Support and manage agent upgrade procedures.
• Generate and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve policy-related issues within the DLP system.
• Perform IP address and PF ID whitelisting.
• Share granular details of detected policy infringements.
• Prepare and provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents for incidents.
