Security Analyst

G4S Secure Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent Security Analyst for its Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana, India. This permanent, full-time role is crucial for overseeing physical security intelligence across various client sites in the South Zone, including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai.

The Security Analyst will be responsible for the real-time monitoring of threats using integrated platforms such as Genetec, Everbridge, Ontic, and ServiceNow. Key duties include detecting anomalies, escalating incidents according to GSOC protocols, and supporting ground teams and law enforcement during emergencies. You will also track regional developments, assess potential impacts on client operations, and generate comprehensive reports on security events and threat advisories.

This role requires strong analytical skills to proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety of people and assets. The successful candidate will conduct system health checks for CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, and assist with video retrievals and access reviews. Collaboration with IT and security vendors for technical fault resolution is also part of the responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real-time surveillance of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Incident detection, documentation, and escalation via GSOC protocols.
• Tracking and assessing regional security developments for potential impacts.
• Generating daily, weekly, and monthly security intelligence reports.
• Assisting in emergency operations and crisis management.
• Performing routine health checks on security technology and coordinating repairs.

Candidate Profile:

• A graduate in Security Management, Criminology, Emergency Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a GSOC, command center, or corporate security operations environment.
• Proficiency with security platforms like ServiceNow, Genetec, Everbridge, or Ontic.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory, along with fluency in the local language of the posting location.
• Strong situational awareness, decision-making skills under pressure, and ethical conduct are essential.
