Security Analyst

Join RingCentral's CISO team, specifically the Information Security department, as a Security Trust Analyst in our hybrid role based in Bengaluru. As a Security Trust Analyst, you will be instrumental in identifying patterns and gaps within our Security Trust operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales enablement, security, and privacy stakeholders, to plan initiatives, gather requirements, and monitor the successful delivery of trust operations. Responsibilities:

• Utilize templates for reporting on team GNIs and provide comprehensive Project Management support.
• Develop, monitor, and report on platform and service metrics.
• Manage workload for Fresh Service tickets, encompassing diverse security domains and customer information requirements.
• Collaborate with security and privacy stakeholders to enhance Security Trust assets and processes.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams on Security Trust initiatives, including third-party risk management, tool monitoring, and evidence gathering.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in security.
• Knowledge and Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail within a well-controlled environment.
• Solid understanding of basic statistics and Machine Learning techniques.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of security and trust principles, including third-party risk management, is preferred.
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus.
