Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Security Analyst to join our team supporting the Ping Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) solution. This role focuses on delivering high-quality support for identity and access management operations.
- Analyze and resolve L2/L3 service tickets with expertise in complex issues Lead application onboarding processes within Ping AIC using standard patterns including SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and SCIM protocolsPerform advanced application customization utilizing JavaScript frameworksDemonstrate strong proficiency in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless authentication via FIDO2, and Identity Proofing methodologiesProvide critical support for production incidents ensuring rapid restoration of service availability within strict SLA targetsAutomate manual repetitive tasks to close process gaps and enhance overall team productivityCreate comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation for the L1 Service Desk teamMaintain flexible shift operations following roster rotation strategiesPursue up-skilling opportunities in Microsoft Entra ID and 1KOSMOS within the context of CIAM Operations
Education Requirements
A minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field is required.
Years of Experience
Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of professional experience. This includes at least 2-3 years of relevant support experience specifically with Ping Advanced Identity Cloud, Ping Access/Ping Federate, ForgeRock Identity Cloud, or ForgeRock Open AM.
Basic Qualifications
- Hands-on operations support experience (2-5 years) leveraging access management solutions such as Ping Advanced Identity Cloud, ForgeRock Identity Cloud, or ForgeRock Open AM. Experience with L2/L3 tickets and application onboarding is essential. Mandatory ability to work in a shift model aligned with roster rotation strategiesStrong capabilities in team collaboration and effective communication across diverse technical teams
Technical Skills
- Demonstrated hands-on operations support experience using Ping Advanced Identity Cloud, ForgeRock Identity Cloud, or ForgeRock Open AM for handling L2/L3 tickets and application onboarding workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid experience in CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) implementation and operations support Exposure to Workforce access management implementations, specifically regarding multi-factor authentication strategiesDemonstrated scripting abilities and Java development experience preferred for automation tasks
