Security Analyst

Role Summary

The Security Analyst will serve as a support analyst for the Saviynt IGA solution. Key delivery outcomes include:

• Analyze and resolve L2 tickets.
• Application Onboarding using standard patterns with out-of-the-box connectors.
• Access certification campaign: Configure and support access review/remediation processes to improve compliance posture.
• Create SOPs for the L1 service desk team handling Identity provisioning tickets.
• Support production incidents ensuring restoration of service availability within SLA targets.
• Automate manual repetitive tasks, address process gaps, and improve productivity/efficiency.
• Work flexible shifts as per roster rotation.
• Upskill in Saviynt for L3 handling and minor enhancements; complete Saviynt certification.

Beyond these outcomes, deliver continuous service improvements to automate manual L1/L1.5 tasks.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree: BE degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Years of Experience

2-5 years (3 years of relevant Saviynt operations support experience is mandatory).

Basic Qualifications

• 2-5 years of IGA solution (Saviynt) experience. Other solutions like SailPoint or Oracle Identity Manager are acceptable, but minimum 3 years in Saviynt is required.
• Working in a shift model as per roster rotation strategy.
• Demonstrated team collaboration, effective communication, and flexibility to meet project demands.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on operations support experience in IGA (Saviynt) covering L2 tickets, App Onboarding, and Access certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Saviynt Operations support experience.
• Java development experience.
