The RingCentral CISO team, Information Security, is committed to collaborating with network and application teams to ensure service security. Within Information Security, the Security Trust team focuses on trust and enablement, providing Security Trust assets to Sales to communicate Information Security's achievements and foster customer and public trust in RingCentral and our services.
As a Security Trust Analyst, you will leverage your understanding of security and sales enablement, along with program management skills, to identify patterns and gaps in Security Trust operations. You will collaborate with the team on planning, gathering requirements, and monitoring and delivering on trust operations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow in the role and contribute to RingCentral's security posture. The Security Trust Analyst acts as a bridge between security and privacy teams providing trust information and field teams requiring this information for sales enablement.
Responsibilities
- Use templates to report on team GNIs and generally perform Project Management support activities.
- Develop, monitor, and report on platform and service metrics.
- Support the team’s workload on Fresh Service tickets, covering a wide range of Security domains and customer requirements for information.
- Partner with security and privacy stakeholders to improve Security Trust assets and processes.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams on Security Trust, including third-party risk management, tool monitoring, and evidence gathering.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 - 3 years of related experience in security.
Knowledge and Skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail in a well-controlled environment.
- Good understanding of basic statistics and Machine Learning techniques.
- Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources.
- Knowledge of security and trust principles, including third-party risk management, preferred.
- PowerBI or Tableau experience is a plus.
