About the Role
Kiya.ai is seeking a dedicated Analyst to join our MO Static Data team in Chennai or Mumbai. This pivotal role is essential for ensuring the seamless settlement of trades through the meticulous maintenance of accurate Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) and critical reference data. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, updating, and validation of settlement data, fostering collaboration with internal departments, and providing robust support for audits and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update SSI records, encompassing counterparty, account, currency, and venue details.
- Conduct quality checks on data and diligently resolve any data exceptions.
- Process various change requests, including updates, amendments, and terminations of records.
- Maintain comprehensive version control, audit trails, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
- Generate insightful reports on data creation activities and exception handling processes.
- Actively support data quality reviews and participate in remediation actions.
- Liaise effectively with Front Office, Risk, Product Control, and IT teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to governance frameworks and relevant regulations such as CSDR and EMIR.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in static data management or trade settlement.
- Solid product knowledge across Listed Securities, Money Market instruments, and Derivatives.
- Familiarity with relevant SWIFT messages, including MT54X, MT3XX, MT202, MT210, and MT103.
- A willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate APAC, EMEA, and Americas time zones.
Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time, hybrid role in Chennai and Mumbai.
