Seasonal IT Equip Coord

About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal IT Equipment Coordinator to support our Little Rock fulfillment center operations. In this role, you will manage IT inventory and equipment by coordinating orders, deliveries, audits, maintenance, warranty repairs, and daily team support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate IT inventory levels for storage and procurement within the Fulfillment Center.
• Coordinate ordering, delivery schedules, and asset audits assigned to the IT department.
• Ensure standardized housekeeping across all IT areas.
• Allocate and maintain equipment throughout the facility.
• Manage RMA processes and coordinate repairs for devices under warranty.
• Collaborate with Junior and Senior Technicians on daily projects as directed by the IT Manager.
