About This Role
We are seeking a Senior SDET / Automation Engineer for an India (Offshore) position offering 6–10 years of experience as full-time or contract staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks for web applications and APIs using Python.
- Create test scripts utilizing Selenium WebDriver, PyTest/Unittest, Requests, and Postman.
- Automate UI, API, regression suites, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines within Agile environments.
- Perform root cause analysis on failures and collaborate with product teams for quality improvements.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of SDET/Automation Engineering experience in Python.
- Strong proficiency with Selenium WebDriver (Python bindings) and API automation tools like Requests/Postman.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, SQL databases, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- BDD experience using Behave.
- Exposure to Docker containerized testing, AWS/Azure cloud platforms, or performance testing with Locust/JMeter.
