Level AI is seeking a skilled QA Engineer for its Noida, India location. This role is crucial in building test automation for an enterprise product, positioning you at the core of new features and product decisions. You will collaborate with an experienced team of technologists, including leaders from Amazon Alexa, Zoho, and Facebook, to identify and solve complex problems. Key Competencies:

• Programming Languages: Python/Java
• Test Automation Frameworks: Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured
• API Testing: Postman
• Performance Testing: JMeter, Load Testing, Performance Testing
• Databases: Database Testing (SQL, MongoDB)
• CI/CD: Jenkins
• Testing Methodologies: Regression Testing, Automation Testing (strong experience required), Manual Testing
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT for test case generation) is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining, developing, and implementing test requirements for data pipelines and product features.
• Becoming a product and data expert with a deep understanding of user scenarios.
• Collaborating with developers to gather input on test scenarios.
• Assessing overall product quality and strategizing for high-quality feature delivery.
• Developing new automated tests and setting up automation testing frameworks.
• Creating frameworks for load and stress testing of features.
• Planning, executing, monitoring, and validating testing processes.
• Supporting manual functional testing, including creating and executing test cases.
• Developing new builds and release pipelines for automation testing.
• Correcting build errors and maintaining formal release records.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with generative AI for test case design and automation script scaffolding.
• Familiarity with data-driven and model-based testing approaches.
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) for proactive defect detection.
• Strong debugging skills.
• Extensive experience in thorough testing of new data pipelines and complexities tailored to customer needs.
• Experience with web application standards and APIs, including hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS model/cloud-delivered application testing.
• Experience with Test and defect management tools.
• Experience with latest tools and frameworks in test automation, such as Selenium, Cucumber, Katalon Studio, RestAssured/SoapUI.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong written and oral communication, self-starter, and highly motivated.
