SDET

We are seeking skilled SDET professionals with 3-6 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in test automation. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Playwright. Candidates should possess strong proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) and a solid understanding of software testing principles, SDLC/STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, API testing, SQL/database validation, and defect management tools is essential.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities. Teamwork and effective communication of ideas to technical and product teams are crucial. The ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving project requirements is highly valued. Experience mentoring junior testers is a plus, and exposure to performance, security, cloud, or AI/ML testing is desirable.
