SDET

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) to design, build, and scale our test automation frameworks from the ground up.

You will drive quality across critical lending workflows by automating functional, API, UI, and end-to-end tests. Our focus is on engineering excellence rather than simple execution, requiring a strong 'builder' mindset within a fast-paced environment alongside developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance reusable test automation frameworks and utilities for mobile, web, SDK, and API testing.
• Owning the full lifecycle of test strategy, regression coverage, and release quality assessment within your pod.
• Seamlessly integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to investigate failures rapidly.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and explore agentic workflows to boost automation efficiency.
• Conduct performance and load testing for services and SDKs to help establish SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech).
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience as an SDET, specifically focused on building automation frameworks rather than just maintenance.
• Technical proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
• Deep understanding of mobile app testing, web UI, SDKs, and API validation across various platforms.
• Strong debugging skills with the ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases independently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Fintech or multi-tenant SaaS experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Aptitude for performance testing using tools such as K6 or Locust.
