Role Overview: SDET - AI Engineer (SDET-2)

We are seeking an experienced AI Test Engineer with strong backend and automation expertise. You will be responsible for testing customer solutions built using the Zinier platform, specifically focusing on building test plans and troubleshooting failures in existing applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Core Services: Validate AI/LLM-powered backend services, APIs, intelligent scheduling, field-service workflows, RAG systems, prompt testing, and AI agents for accuracy, relevance, groundedness, and hallucinations.
• Build Automation Frameworks: Create automated AI evaluation and regression frameworks using golden datasets, benchmarks, REST Assured, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools within CI/CD pipelines.
• Performance & Reliability: Execute performance, load, resilience, and failure testing on microservices, distributed systems, and asynchronous workflows (including Kafka/event-driven architectures).
• Scheduling Validation: Test intelligent scheduling outcomes against complex business and operational constraints.
