SDE3 / 4

We are seeking experienced Software Development Engineers (SDE3/4) to join our team in Noida. This role involves building complex, scalable solutions and leading multi-engineer projects. We require 5+ years of programming experience with Java, object-oriented design, and microservices. Key responsibilities include designing for performance, scalability, availability, and security, as well as mentoring junior engineers. Essential skills include strong coding, data structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and experience with distributed systems architecture, component modeling, and data flow. Candidates should have operational experience with server tuning (Apache, MySQL, Tomcat, Solr), performance tuning on databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, and familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS). Expertise in log analysis tools (Splunk, ELK stack) and queueing implementations (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) is also required. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a drive to deliver high-quality, innovative applications.
