About This Role

We are looking for an autonomous, highly capable Backend Engineer (2–4 Years Experience) to accelerate the growth of our cloud-native microservices ecosystem. In this role, you will transition from just writing code to actively taking ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, designing domain-driven APIs, and optimizing system performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with senior architects to break down monolith architectures or build out new distributed modules. You are expected to independently own the lifecycle of backend features—from scoping and architectural layout to implementation, automated testing, and production deployment. Your core tasks include architecting high-throughput microservices using Java (11/17+) and Spring Boot, designing scalable database schemas for PostgreSQL/MySQL, implementing asynchronous communications with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ, and championing clean code architectures based on SOLID principles.

Required Technical Skills

We seek strong expertise in Core Java (Functional Programming, Concurrency), Advanced Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Cloud, Security, JPA/Hibernate), Distributed Systems fundamentals (tracing, timeouts, idempotency), Data Management with relational databases and connection pooling, and CI/CD practices including Docker containerization. Preferred skills include experience with NoSQL caching (Redis) and Observability frameworks like Prometheus or Grafana.

Qualifications

A B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field is required, along with 2 to 4 years of proven professional software development experience focusing heavily on enterprise Java applications.
