SDE III

Responsibilities:

• Create new lead capture domain models and improve existing ones
• Develop backend and frontend API features and architecture
• Collaborate cross-functionally across platform, experience, integrations, payments, and marketplace teams
• Enhance performance through benchmarking and optimization strategies
• Work with diverse systems to solve problems end-to-end
• Partner with leadership including engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features
• Maintain high engineering standards across multiple codebases
• Own 1-2 products from concept to delivery
• Create lead capture tools such as funnels, websites, forms, surveys, and social media integrations

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, NodeJS, and GraphQL
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset adaptable to start-up dynamics
• Eagerness to work across frontend and backend as needed
• Skill in integrating various services and processes with minimal prior exposure
• Empathy for team members and end users
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Product-driven approach balancing quality with launch timelines
• Aesthetic sensibility focused on user flows and experiences
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS3 required
