Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Development Engineer III (SDE III) to join our team in Gurgaon. This permanent role involves owning and driving the design and architecture of complex backend systems. You will mentor junior engineers, identify and address technical debt, and make critical architecture-level decisions with cross-team impact. Key responsibilities include ensuring system scalability, reliability, and security, collaborating with stakeholders across product, infrastructure, and business, and conducting rigorous design and code reviews to uphold engineering standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL), caching systems, RESTful APIs, and a proven track record in designing and scaling backend services and APIs.
