We seek experienced Backend Engineers to build seamless integrations with third-party systems using Python and FastAPI. You will own projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the Backend Engineering team, offering mentorship and support.
• Architect and develop high-performance backend services using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Drive end-to-end software development lifecycles including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Foster professional growth within the team through leadership and guidance.
• Monitor industry trends to drive continuous innovation in backend engineering practices.

• 5+ years of experience in Python-based backend engineering with expertise in Django or FastAPI.
• Demonstrated success in a Technical Lead role.
• Deep knowledge of software development methodologies, architectural patterns, and database design.
• Proven ability to lead teams and build collaborative cultures.
• Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional interaction.
• Strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
