SDE II

Skeps is seeking a talented SDE II Frontend Developer for our Gurgaon office. This role requires a strong design sensibility and proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks. You will be instrumental in building seamless user experiences and scalable web application interfaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about frontend development and creating exceptional user journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to create responsive, high-performance web applications.
• Transform design wireframes and mockups into precise, functional frontend code.
• Develop reusable components and frontend libraries using frameworks like Angular (v10+), React, or Vue.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across diverse devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and manage asynchronous data using modern JavaScript (fetch, axios).
• Implement unit and integration tests with frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
• Enhance application performance and scalability.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, UI/UX enhancements, and frontend best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of frontend development experience, with a solid understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• At least 2 years of experience with modern JavaScript frameworks including Angular 2+ (Angular 10+ preferred), React.js, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6/ESNext), and frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Expertise in UI component libraries like Angular Material, Bootstrap, or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, C3.js, Chart.js, etc.).
• Familiarity with state management tools such as NgRx, Redux, or Vuex.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript concepts: quirks, scope, closures, promises, async/await.
• Experience with UI modularization, creating reusable components, and integrating design systems.
• Comfortable working with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman and Swagger.
• Strong grasp of cross-browser compatibility issues and their solutions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality user experiences.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and multitasking abilities.
