Responsibilities:

• App Development: Design and build mobile features for Android (Kotlin + Jetpack Compose) and iOS (Swift + SwiftUI), utilizing modern architectures like MVVM or MVI.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Develop shared logic using Kotlin Multiplatform, Flutter, or React Native to balance code efficiency with native user experience quality.
• Scale & Performance: Engineer systems capable of handling high loads while optimizing startup time, memory usage, and rendering performance for speed.
• CI/CD Ownership: Manage end-to-end pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane) covering linting, testing, code signing, and automated store deployments.
• Code Quality & Collaboration: Write clean, documented code; conduct active reviews. Partner with backend teams on API contracts and design teams to execute functional UIs.
• Observability & Debugging: Utilize tools like Crashlytics and Firebase Performance to diagnose crashes, monitor app health, and drive proactive fixes.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years in professional mobile development with a proven track record of shipping production apps.
• Platform Expertise: Proficiency in at least one native platform (Android or iOS). Experience with both is advantageous.
• Cross-Platform Frameworks: Required experience with KMP, Flutter, or React Native. Specific expertise in Kotlin Multiplatform is preferred.
• Scale Awareness: Hands-on experience building apps for large user bases and solving associated performance challenges.
• CI/CD & Testing: Practical skills in build automation, code signing, automated testing (unit/UI), and pipeline maintenance.
• Kotlin Internals: Deep understanding of coroutines, sealed classes, memory models, and advanced language features.
• AI-Assisted Development: Experience integrating AI agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) into daily workflows to enhance productivity.
