Backend Engineering:

• Create and maintain scalable backend services using Golang within microservices architectures.
• Develop REST/GraphQL APIs and implement event-driven systems with asynchronous messaging.
• Optimize performance, security, and availability for high-volume transaction workloads.
• Troubleshoot production issues to resolve bottlenecks effectively.

System Design:

• Solve technical problems from concept through deployment in distributed environments.
• Achieve scalability by defining clear service boundaries and selecting appropriate databases, caching, and messaging strategies.
• Led architecture discussions to produce comprehensive technical documentation.

Databases:

• Utilize both relational and NoSQL databases for efficient data management.
• Create optimized schemas, queries, indexes, and access patterns.
• Maintain consistency, reliability, and performance in scalable database systems.

Engineering and Collaboration:

• Develop clean, maintainable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Evaluate technical solutions during peer reviews and discussions.
• Partner with frontend/mobile teams to deliver end-to-end product features.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines while adhering to best practices for monitoring and observability.

Requirements:

• Possess 6+ years of backend development experience, including a minimum of one year with Golang.
• Demonstrate expertise in system design, distributed systems, relational/NoSQL databases, REST/GraphQL APIs, and microservices.
• Show proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a willingness to work primarily with Go technologies.
