As the 'Senior Backend Engineer (SDE III or SDE IV)' at Aspora, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling the core systems that power our fintech platform. You will be an early shaper of the design and architecture.

Ship clean, efficient, production-grade code with strong attention to reliability and performance.

Partner cross-functionally with product, frontend, and infra teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Influence engineering direction, contribute to architectural decisions, framework choices, and best practices.

Requirements:

6-12+ years of backend engineering experience (SDE III or SDE IV).
Strong ability to design modular, scalable, and high-performance systems.
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Go, Python, or similar backend languages.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
