Full Job Description

Solidify your career with 2-4 years of experience building and operating production software, demonstrating real ownership over at least one module or service.
Master core fundamentals: Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot for backend logic and SQL/relational data modelling for robust database interactions.
Elevate frontend skills with hands-on UI engineering expertise, preferably using React to create dynamic user experiences.
Hone your system design abilities by confidently defending architectural choices and understanding trade-offs.
Cultivate strong debugging instincts capable of resolving issues on live systems under high-pressure conditions.
Develop clear technical writing skills that make complex design docs accessible even outside your immediate team context.
Foster calm, structured communication habits focused on anticipating problems proactively rather than reacting to them after they occur.
Embrace an AI-native developer experience by leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools daily.
Nice-to-have: Gain exposure in supply chain/retail domains or high-throughput transactional systems, alongside cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices. Familiarity with observability tooling is also a plus.
