Saleshandy is seeking a skilled SDE-2 Frontend Engineer to join their dynamic team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) details, with a strong ability to build performant and engaging customer-facing features. You will be instrumental in scaling the frontend of Saleshandy's products, working closely with senior engineers, design, and product teams. The team embraces modern frontend practices, including the extensive use of AI coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor to streamline development, reduce boilerplate code, and enhance code quality, allowing engineers to focus more on product innovation and less on repetitive tasks. This is a full-time position offering significant impact and growth opportunities in modern React development.

About the Role:

As an SDE-2 Frontend Engineer at Saleshandy, you will be a key player in building exceptional user interfaces using React. Your responsibilities will include translating designs and product requirements into polished, interactive, and performant web applications. You will own features end-to-end, considering aspects such as usability, edge cases, loading states, micro-interactions, and accessibility. You will contribute to and help refine the company's growing component system and frontend standards. The ideal candidate is a fast, thoughtful, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in crafting high-quality frontend experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fast and polished UIs utilizing React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Implement data fetching, caching, and asynchronous state management with TanStack Query.
• Apply modern reactive UI patterns and composable component design principles.
• Utilize virtualization techniques for handling large datasets effectively.
• Optimize application performance, including rendering, bundle size, and interaction speed.
• Ensure adherence to accessibility standards, responsiveness, and design consistency across the application.
• Collaborate effectively with product and backend teams to swiftly resolve any ambiguities.
• Write clean, maintainable code and comprehensive internal documentation.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate development cycles while upholding high code quality.

Technical Focus & Tech Stack:

• Experience Level: 3–5 years
• Core Focus: UI/UX craftsmanship, modern React, performance optimization, component systems, and AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
• Tech Stack: React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Vite, TanStack Query, modern React patterns.
• Bonus Skills: shadcn/ui, Framer Motion, Zustand.
