SDE 1 Flutter Developer

HireTo Co. is seeking a Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE 1) Flutter Developer to join our team in Bengaluru / Bangalore, India. This is a Full-Time position with an immediate start requirement (within 3-4 days). The role is Work from Office at our HSR layout location in Bangalore.

We are looking for a motivated Flutter Developer with practical experience in building and deploying high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will be an integral part of our product and design teams, transforming innovative ideas into tangible, user-friendly applications.

About The Role

As an SDE 1 Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Your responsibilities will include integrating RESTful APIs, working with third-party libraries, and writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code. A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with UI/UX designers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, and optimizing app performance, as well as collaborating with backend and QA teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.
• Test, debug, and optimize app performance.
• Collaborate with backend and QA teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional Flutter development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter widgets.
• Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Familiarity with Firebase, APIs, and Git.
• Understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience publishing apps on Play Store/App Store is a plus.
• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is desirable.
